This notice covers the GuidePrice mailing list. GuidePrice is run by Thomas Kaye, trading as GuidePrice, based in the United Kingdom. Contact: hello@guideprice.uk.

What we collect

Your email address and, if you choose to give them, your business name and what kind of business you are. We also record which form you used and when.

Why, and our lawful basis

To email you about GuidePrice: early access, launch news and occasional useful articles for fitted furniture businesses. We rely on your consent, which you give by joining the list.

Who sees it

Your details are stored with Neon (database hosting) and Netlify (website hosting) and emails are sent through Resend (email delivery). They act on our instructions only. We never sell or share the list.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If GuidePrice does not launch, the list is deleted.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe using the link in any email. You can also ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion by emailing the address above. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
